Medical Syndicate condemns arresting doctors against a backdrop of freedom of speech

The Medical Syndicate in Palestine stated that the detention of doctors against a backdrop of freedom of speech was rejected as it violated the Palestinian Law.

It confirmed that the doctors were a basic part of the Palestinian society as they had a big role in treating the injuries of the Palestinian people, which resulted from unarmed resistance and protests.

The Medical Syndicate's statement came in the wake of the unprecedented escalation by the Palestinian security forces in the West Bank following the assassination of the activist Nezar Banat.
