The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas calls on the Palestinian people to take advantage of the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha with solidarity and compassion to visit the families of the martyrs, detainees, wounded, and the owners of destroyed houses and shops, to support them, strengthen their steadfastness and alleviate their pain in these difficult circumstances that the Palestinian people are going through.

"Greetings and salutations to the struggling Palestinian people, to those stationed at the gates and squares of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, to the heroic people in Jerusalem, to the steadfast people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and the occupied territories in 1948, and to our people in exile and diaspora, who adhere to their right to liberation and return," said the movement in a statement, a copy of which obtained by Safa.

"We salute the brave and heroic resistance that defend the rights and sanctities of the Palestinian people," the movement added.

"The movement affirms its covenant with the Palestinian people and Jerusalem, and with the martyrs, detainees, wounded, and their sacrifices in moving forward on the path of jihad and resistance, and adhere to the right to liberate the Palestinian land and the sanctities," it stressed.
