The chairman of the Detainees and Ex-detainees Affairs Commission Qadri Abo Baker said that the conditions inside the Israeli occupation prisons are unbearable, and confirmed that the series of raids and violence inside the prisons is escalating.

He expressed deep concerns about the Israeli occupation policy of attacking the stability of the prisoners' daily lives, which came within a systematic supported plan from the occupation military and political authorities.

He called on the international community to seriously act and put an end for the Israeli policies of violence, and urged for holding Israel accountable for its crimes and violations of the international laws and conventions.

He noted that two special units of the Israeli occupation raided today section 16 in Ofer prison, and transfered the prisoners into section 18, and the situation inside the prison is still tense.

He also informed that the prisoners inside Ofer prison, who are almost 900, have been facing systematic operations of oppression and repression since 2019.
