Israeli occupation forces suppressed the weekly anti-settlement protest in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
Hundreds of citizens performed Friday prayers at the outskirts of Jabal Sbaih, which is threatened by settlement, and then headed, after the prayer, towards the Jabal Sbaih in rejection of the settlement outpost perched on its top.
The occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas canisters extensively towards the protestors, according to Safa correspondent.
In the morning, the occupation forces bulldozed one of the roads leading to Jabal Sbaih, to obstruct the arrival of protestors.
