The Gaza Ministry of Education reported that the Israeli occupation killed 3 teachers and 110 students from 2017 until 2021.

The statistics take place in conjunction with the World Milestone Day on October 5 each year approved by UNESCO.

According to the statistics, two teachers were martyered in 2018 and the latest in 2019, 7 students in 2017, 21 students in 2018, 12 students in 2019, and 69 students in 2021.This brings the total number of student martyrs up to 2021 to 110.

Education showed that the occupation injured (65) students in 2017; (1065) in 2018; (1096) in 2019; (21) in 2020 and 654 in 2021.

The Ministry pointed out that the statistics included Government, UNRWA and private schools.
