20 Israeli families resettle in a West Bank abandoned settlement

Dozens of settlers returned yesterday to "Sha Noor" settlement, which was established on Palestinian lands in the northern occupied West Bank, and was evacuated in 2005.

According to the Hebrew website "Walla", the settlers returned to the settlement without an order from the Israeli army or any of the security agencies.

It is expected that the group of settlers, that include families, will remain in the settlement until they are evacuated again by the Israeli army, as some of them said that they will not oppose the eviction and will not confront the soldiers.

"A group of settlers is planning to rebuild the settlement, which is located in the  area (C)," the website added.
