44 Palestinian schools in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, are at risk of full or partial demolition or seizure due to the lack of an Israeli-issued building permit, according to the Kuwaiti magazine.
Over half of the demolitions took place in East Jerusalem and were on the grounds of the lack of a building permit, which is very difficult to obtain.
Moreover, there are around 300,000 Palestinians living in Area C, and 10,000 Palestinian children learn in trailers, tents and tin shacks across the area.
