Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has announced in a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

that the United States will formally recognise the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement as “anti-Semitic.”

Regarding his statements two years ago, the settlements do not violate international law, and the United States declared that it is possible to turn the settlement activities into legal.

As for the recent normalization agreements, the minister expressed his hope that other Arab countries would follow the UAE, Bahrain and Sudan, describing Israel as a wonderful partner in all matters.

Whereas, Netanyahu commented on Pompeo's statements, telling him that he had contributed to strengthening bilateral relations since he was head of the CIA and continued his way as Minister of Foreign Affairs, pointing out that his representatives defended Israel in any international forum, expressing his thanks and gratitude to him for this contribution.
