A devastating report from the Government Media Office in Gaza has revealed that the Israeli occupation army has entirely wiped out 1,600 Palestinian families, erasing them from civil records by killing all their members during the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip. This violence has been unfolding for 15 months and continues to decimate the Palestinian population.
According to the report, which draws on statistics from Gaza's Ministry of Health, the Israeli forces have annihilated 1,600 families, resulting in the deaths of 5,612 individuals. The families, comprising fathers, mothers, and children, have been entirely eradicated. Furthermore, 3,471 other families have been nearly wiped out, with only one surviving member left in each case, collectively accounting for more than 9,000 martyrs.
The report strongly condemns these acts as part of a broader genocide being perpetrated by the Israeli occupation, supported by the United States and aided by several European nations, including the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. These countries have provided Israel with lethal, internationally banned weapons, exacerbating the scale of the atrocities.
These continued attacks are part of an ongoing campaign against Palestinian civilians, particularly women and children. The report calls on the international community to denounce these crimes and urges the prosecution of complicit nations and their leaders in international and criminal courts.
With U.S. backing, Israel's actions have led to over 155,000 Palestinian casualties, including the death and injury of tens of thousands of children and women, and more than 11,000 individuals remain missing. The ongoing destruction and famine have resulted in one of the most severe humanitarian crises in the world today.
Despite two arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court in November 2024 for Israeli officials—including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant—for war crimes, Israel continues its violent campaign in Gaza with impunity.
