The United Nations has reported that Israeli authorities continue to impose significant restrictions on the delivery of humanitarian aid to northern Gaza. According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), access to this region remains heavily constrained, with the majority of aid missions being denied or obstructed. 

These limitations have had severe repercussions on the civilian population. The UN has expressed deep concern over the depletion of essential supplies, including food and medicine, exacerbating the already dire humanitarian situation. The blockade has also led to critical shortages of fuel, which are vital for powering hospitals, water treatment facilities, and other essential services. 

In addition to restricting aid, Israeli military actions have further compounded the crisis. Reports indicate that the Israeli military has conducted repeated attacks on major hospitals in northern Gaza, rendering them out of service and leaving the population with limited access to medical care. 

The international community has called for the unimpeded delivery of humanitarian assistance to all affected areas. Despite these appeals, aid organizations face significant challenges in reaching those in need due to ongoing security concerns and access restrictions. The situation remains critical, with the UN and other humanitarian agencies urging all parties to facilitate the safe and timely delivery of aid to alleviate the suffering of the civilian population in northern Gaza.
