A young man was shot dead by Israeli forces last night during a raid in the eastern area of Nablus. The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed the martyrdom of Adel Ahmad Adel Bishkar, 19 years old, who was fatally shot near Askar refugee camp.
Meanwhile, the General Authority for Civil Affairs announced the martyrdom of three young men in Nur Shams camp, east of Tulkarm, on Wednesday: Jihad Mahmoud Hassan Misharqa, 40, Khaled Mustafa Sharif Amer, 23, and Mohammed Ghassan Abu Abed. Their bodies remain withheld by Israeli forces.
Israeli troops continued their assault on Jenin and Tulkarm, deploying reinforcements, carrying out house demolitions, and using drones to drop bombs. About 470 homes and buildings in Jenin camp have been destroyed or severely damaged. The media committee of Jenin camp reported that 35% of the city's residents now lack access to water due to infrastructure destruction.
In Tulkarm, Israeli forces besieged Nur Shams and Tulkarm camps, seized homes, and converted them into military outposts, forcing residents into the freezing cold. Civilians trapped in the camps reported severe shortages of food, drinking water, milk, and medicine, as electricity and communications were cut off.
Occupation forces continued raids, home demolitions, and detentions, preventing displaced residents from returning to their homes. The situation remains dire, with Tulkarm and its refugee camps turned into military zones under strict lockdown.
