Fresh Evidence Points to Coordinated Triple Strike on Gaza Hospital

Newly emerged footage has revealed that the assault on Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza this week involved a third, previously unreported strike, significantly escalating concerns about the conduct of military operations. The attack, which resulted in the deaths of at least 22 people, is now understood to have been a meticulously coordinated triple attack, not a double-strike as initially reported.

The incident unfolded on Monday morning when a first explosion hit an exterior staircase of the hospital, a location well-established as a staging area for international media. As rescue teams, medical personnel, and journalists rushed to aid the wounded, two near-simultaneous tank shells struck the exact same spot approximately nine minutes later, causing the majority of the casualties.

Analysis suggests the munitions used were consistent with Israeli tank shells, fired from positions to the northeast. Local sources and health officials have wholly rejected claims that the strike successfully targeted militants, asserting instead that the victims were civilians engaged in clearly identifiable roles, including journalism and medical care.

The strike has been met with severe international criticism, with legal experts questioning the proportionality of the force used. Staff at Nasser Hospital, the largest remaining functional health facility in the south, have issued desperate warnings about its imminent collapse.

A surgeon on site was quoted by the Safa News Agency stating that medical staff and facilities are entitled to the highest protection under international law, yet they are now left pleading for their own safety. The loss of life included numerous media workers, in what has been described as one of the deadliest single incidents for the press in recent history.
