The periodic report of Israeli violations in the West Bank and Jerusalem during the year 2020 stated a high Israeli focus on settlement activities that include working with all means to displace the remaining Palestinians, steal their lands, demolish their homes, and confiscate their property.

The report prepared by Hamas media office in the West Bank this evening, Tuesday, stated that the Israeli forces and settlers killed 32 Palestinians, including children and women.

In one case, the Israeli soldiers killed the young man, Iyad Al Hallaq, 32, with special needs, in the Old City of Jerusalem.

In addition, the Israeli soldiers injured another 1993 Palestinians, while the number of shootings carried out by them reached 1621 attacks.

Israel demolished 268 houses and 928 of commercial stores, agricultural facilities, barracks and others, during the year 2020, while it confiscated 346 citizens properties compared to 271properties in 2019.

The settlement activities included confiscation and leveling of lands, building roads, and approving the construction of thousands of settlement units.

It was reported that the number of detainees this year reached 4,439 detainees. Among them were children, women and ex-prisoners.

The deliberate Israeli medical negligence doubled their suffering, especially with the spread of the Coronavirus, the report stressed.

Statistics showed that Jerusalem, Hebron, Nablus and Ramallah are considered the most vulnerable to Israeli violations, with 4273, 3250, 2657 and 2560 violations, respectively.

The West Bank annexation plan and Trump Peace Plan announced by US President Donald Trump at the beginning of the year has reflected on the settler attacks, which witnessed a clear increase, especially during December 2020.

The Israeli violations of Jerusalem included people, stones and land and it sought forcefully to impose division on Al-Aqsa and to deport the almoravids, the guards, and the mosque preacher.

The attacks of the Israeli forces and settlers came despite the circumstances of the spread of Coronavirus and the general closure measures, which Israel exploited to commit more attacks against Palestinians.

Settlers attacks included shootings, attempts to kidnap children, seize land and crops, and other sabotage, as happened in the olive season.

Settlers committed attacks against mosques and holy sites, burned a number of them, and escalated the daily raids into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
