Deadly Israeli Violations Continue Across Gaza Despite Ceasefire Agreement

A Palestinian man has died from wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli strike as fresh injuries were reported across the Gaza Strip on Wednesday amid continuing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement. The latest incidents have intensified concerns over the worsening humanitarian situation as attacks persist in several areas of the enclave.

Local reports said multiple civilians were injured after an Israeli quadcopter drone dropped an explosive device near a group of residents close to Tamraz roundabout in Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza. Witnesses described panic among civilians gathered in the area as the explosion struck without warning.

Meanwhile, Ibrahim Awni al-Naji was pronounced dead after succumbing to injuries he suffered during an earlier Israeli bombardment in Gaza City several days ago. His death adds to the growing toll recorded since the ceasefire came into effect last October, while repeated Israeli military actions continue to undermine hopes for lasting calm.

According to health officials in Gaza, hundreds of Palestinians have been killed and thousands wounded since the truce began, with rescue teams also continuing to recover bodies from beneath the rubble left by months of genocidal war and widespread destruction across the territory.
