SAFA- The Israeli occupation forces persisted in violating the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip on Monday morning, carrying out airstrikes, artillery shelling, and drone attacks in several areas across the Gaza Strip. The attacks killed one Palestinian and targeted civilian homes and eastern neighborhoods.

A Palestinian was killed after an Israeli drone strike targeted a home in Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

In central Gaza, Israeli artillery shelled the eastern areas of Deir Al-Balah as attacks continued near the contact lines.

In Gaza City, Israeli quadcopter drones intensified gunfire toward Palestinian homes around Salah Al-Din Street in the eastern part of the city, forcing residents to remain inside their homes amid fear and uncertainty.

Israeli artillery also targeted eastern areas of Gaza City with several shells in a renewed escalation affecting the city’s eastern neighborhoods.

The attacks come as Israeli forces continue violating the ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, carrying out bombardments, gunfire, destruction, and attacks on Palestinians in several areas across the Gaza Strip, with field violations continuing despite the ongoing truce.
