SAFA- Three Palestinians were killed and several others injured after Israeli occupation forces targeted a group of civilians in Gaza City's eastern Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, as Israeli ceasefire violations continued across the Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, the strike hit civilians gathered at Dawla Junction in eastern Al-Zeitoun, killing three Palestinians.

The attack came a day after another deadly wave of Israeli strikes across Gaza that left 13 Palestinians killed. Most of the victims were killed in a massacre targeting mourners attending the funeral of a Palestinian in the Nuseirat refugee camp, as Israeli occupation forces continued their attacks across the besieged enclave.

In a separate incident, an Israeli quadcopter drone opened fire east of Gaza City, wounding a Palestinian sheltering at the Al-Zahraa School displacement camp in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood.

Meanwhile, Israeli military vehicles fired multiple illumination flares over Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.
