SAFA— The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that 73,438 Palestinians have been killed and 174,447 injured since Israel’s war on the Gaza Strip began on October 7, 2023.

According to the ministry, Gaza hospitals received seven bodies over the past 24 hours, including five Palestinians killed in recent Israeli attacks and two who succumbed to earlier injuries. Ten injured Palestinians were also admitted to hospitals.

The ministry said that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 1,303 Palestinians have been killed and 4,336 injured, while 814 bodies and remains have been recovered.

It added that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews continue to face severe difficulties reaching and recovering them.
