The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas said that the demolition of Palestinian homes in Khirbet Humsah al-Foqa in northern Jordan Valley by the Israeli occupation army is a continuation of ethnic cleansing policy, which has been exercised by Israeli occupation forces against Palestinian people for decades.
Hamas Spokesperson Hazem Qasim said in a press release that "the home demolition in Khirbet Humsah al-Foqa is an extension of organized daily terror campaigns carried out by the Israeli occupation against our Palestinian people everywhere."
"The accelerating displacement of Palestinians and land grab reflects the Israeli disregard for all international resolutions and laws," Qasim added.
"We call for activating the comprehensive resistance against the Israeli occupation to fend off these fierce campaigns," he concluded.
To mention, Israeli occupation authorities demolished and razed shelters of Khirbet Humsah al-Foqa community for the third time in less than three months with the aim of displacing and deporting Palestinian citizens from their lands and properties. The Israeli demolitions touched some 40 shelters and structures in the community.
