The Palestinian captive movement in the Israeli prisons on Sunday called on all heads and members of the delegations of the negotiating factions in Cairo to prioritize the issue of releasing prisoners, to pursue it by all means and places, and to assume responsibility for launching the largest project for their liberation.
The movement said in an urgent message, which reached Safa, sent to the delegations of the factions: “The martyrdom of a Palestinian prisoner while being chained after more than 25 years of being arrested and his body is being held, is a heartbreaking issue that requires a stand for a long time and calls the all factions to take their responsibility for releasing the prisoners and launching the largest project to do so."
Everyone should stand behind the Islamic resistance to achieve the freedom of the prisoners, said the movement.
In addition, the movement called on everyone to pledge that the prisoners' issue would be the subject of consensus and to keep it away from any political conflict, and the need to correct the error and lift the injustice that occurred on a number of prisoners by returning their dues that were cut off from them.
All factions were called on to agree on a consensual political program for this stage and after the elections, given that we are in a stage of national liberation and that the minimum for these programs is the National Accord Document and the outcomes of the General Secretaries General meeting held between Lebanon and Palestine.
The captive movement sent a message to the Palestinian people and the factions, saying: "No matter how much the occupation tries to conquer us, we will remain the loud voice of our right to, and we will continue to carry the trust of the martyrs, and we trust in the vitality of our people and its miracles for the sake of liberating man and land."
