Syrian security forces continue arresting Palestinian medical staff as many of them were being arrested and tortured inside their prisons under the pretext of providing them with humanitarian and medical support.

Action Group for Palestinians of Syria documented several arrested doctors, whose destinies are still unknown. They are Hayel Humaied, Alaa el-Dein Yousef, and Malek Yousef. 

The Palestinian doctor Omar Mhaibash, who was released from the Syrian prisons, documented in his book, authored in Amman, the suffering of 8 Palestinian doctors inside Mezzeh prison.

"Syrian security forces committed brutal massacres against the Palestinian doctors and adopted unprecedented ways to kill them and torture them," Mhaibash said in his book. 

Syrian security forces keep the destiny of the Palestinian detainees and their numbers unknown until now.
