Israeli occupation allows transferring vegetables to the West Bank from Gaza

The Presidential Committee for Coordination and Entry of Goods into Gaza said that the occupation allowed the transfer of vegetables and specific quantities of clothing to the occupied West Bank and abroad through the Kerem Shalom crossing in the southern Gaza Strip.

The committee confirmed, in an exclusive statement to Safa that the process of exporting clothes will be starting from today, Monday, and for two days only.

The transfer of vegetables to the West Bank will begin tomorrow, Tuesday.

This comes in the wake of the continuous closure of the Kerem Shalom commercial crossing since the eleventh of last month and preventing the entry of goods, food supplies, and needs of the people of the Strip under false pretexts.

The occupation authorities prevent the entry of fuel, including diesel, gasoline, and gas, in addition to preventing the pumping of industrial diesel to operate the only power plant in Gaza.

The Kerem Shalom crossing is the only commercial crossing in the Gaza Strip since the Israeli occupation imposed the siege and closed all crossings with Gaza 14 years ago.
