She confirmed that the rights to freedom of speech and peaceful protests are guaranteed by the international law of human rights and Palestinian law.

She called for the immediate release of all detainees and called on the Public Prosecutor's Office to open a serious investigation into the procedures and policies followed up by the Security Forces in dealing with the participants in those protests.

She warned of the deterioration of the overall situation of the city into hostilities in the West Bank due to the Security Forces' behaviors, holding the Palestinian Authority responsible for violating human rights and freedoms.

She called on holding the perpetrators of the assassination of Nezar Banat into accountability and dismissing them.

She confirmed the significance of the opening of the Public Prosecutor's Office an investigation into the violations the Security Forces committed against the participants in the peaceful protests.
