The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas called on the masses of the Palestinian people in the West Bank and the Palestinians in the 1948 occupied lands, to make a pilgrimage to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Day of Arafa, and to be stationed in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, at its gates, and under its mihrab.
In a press release, Hamas called on the youth of Jerusalem and its men to mobilize and unite at the gates of the Old City and in all neighborhoods of the city of Jerusalem, and its streets, starting on Saturday, the seventh of Dhul-Hijjah (the 17th of July), and to confront the colonists’ roistering and their arrogance.
Hamas warned the occupation's thuggish government not to test the patience of the resistance who pledged to defend the most precious thing they have, which is the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Hamas also called on the Palestinian people and the valiant resistance in the Gaza Strip to keep their fingers on the trigger so that the occupier understands that the Gaza Strip is a shield for Al-Aqsa Mosque and a drawn sword for Jerusalem.
Hamas confirmed its continuation of mobilization and confrontation along with the Palestinian people, and from zero distance with the colonist’ thugs and those who support them from the occupation forces and its army.
The movement called on the Palestinian people in the diaspora and in exile to continue organizing events and activities in support of the cause of Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Hamas congratulated the Palestinian people and the great Islamic nation on the advent of the blessed Eid al-Adha, praying to God Almighty to have many returns to the Palestinian people and the Islamic nation with victory and empowerment.
Hamas also called on all institutions, associations, and decent families to show solidarity with the families of the detainees, the wounded, and the injured.
