The member in the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine Ibrahim Hajla reported that he filed an official complaint against the Palestinian police in the wake of his detention to the Independent Commission for Human Rights (ICHR).
Abo Hejla was arrested on Saturday from Ramallah and filed the complaint on Monday.
He noted that that he made this complaint because of his illegal detention and the inuman conditions of detention, which do not match the international criteria.
Lawyers for Justice had said that "for the third day in a row, the Palestinian Authority's security forces continue to arrest activists, civilians, and defenders of human rights in Ramallah."
Mohammed Allah, Ibrahim Abo El-Ezz, and Louai Al-Ashqar were among the detainees.
The security forces cancelled on Monday a peaceful protest organized against the political detention in Ramallah.
