The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemned today the appalling and coward attacks which occurred last night in Vienna.

Hamas confirmed in its statement, a copy of which obtained by SAFA, that "intimidating civilians and killing innocents is not part of religion and does not serve co-existence."

"We, as Palestinians, are most aware of the danger of terrorism practiced systematically against us by the Israeli occupation on a daily basis," Hamas added in its statement.    

The movement extended its condolences to the victims’ families and wished a speedy recovery for the wounded.

The attack resulted in killing 4 civilians and wounding 17 others.
