Britain decides to prohibit selling Israeli products in its markets

Hemaya Center for Human Rights appreciated the decision of the British Democratic Party to prohibit the selling of Israeli products in Britain's markets. 

Hemaya welcomed the party's position that fits the international laws' principles. 

It considered that the decision is an honor for human rights' defenders and an apparent confession of the non-existence of the Israeli occupation's sovereignity in the occupied Palestinian lands. 

It called for taking similar practical measures to reconsider the international law and support the rights of the Palestinian people. 

It also called the concerned the concerned parties and the countires of the EU to comply with its legal duties and take serious procedures to guarantee the Israeli occupation's respect of such agreements. In addition, it called on prohibiting any brans supporting the Israeli occupation in the Palestinian lands. 

Moreover, the Council of the International Relations welcomed this decision and considered it as a reflection of the anti-Israel British mainstream and the increasing support ans solidarity with the Palestinian people.

It also noted that those decisions are a symblic step that gives hope to the Palestinian towards the international solidarity of Palestine's right to freedom, independence and self-determination.
