The Israeli occupation’s court issued a decision to evacuate and seize land in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Al-Quds.

The committee of the western neighborhood in Sheikh Jarrah said that the Israeli occupation’s court refused the appeal filed by the owners of the land; Kamal Obaidat and Salem Mansour, against evacuating their land for the sake of the colonial settlers, and imposed on them fines of 18,000 NIS. 

It added that the time allowed for the court to respond regarding the houses threatened with forced displacement is still open until next February 11.
