Resistance Delivers 3 Israeli Prisoners in Khan Yunis and Jabalia

Palestinian resistance factions handed over three Israeli prisoners and foreign workers detained in the Gaza Strip to International Red Cross teams on Thursday, marking the twelfth day since the ceasefire agreement went into effect.

Al-Qassam Brigades released Israeli soldier "Agam Berger" from the rubble of the Jabalia camp in northern Gaza, which had suffered extensive destruction due to heavy Israeli military operations, resulting in significant losses for the Israeli occupation army.

Meanwhile, the al-Quds Brigades freed two Israeli prisoners, "Arbel Yehud" and "Gadi Moses," along with five Thai detainees, in front of the rubble of the home of martyr commander Yehya Sinwar in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip. This was part of the third batch of prisoners exchanged under the ceasefire agreement.

Video footage showed Al-Qassam fighters in military uniforms at the Jabalia and Khan Yunis camps during the handover of Israeli prisoners to Red Cross teams, with large crowds chanting slogans in support of the resistance.

Members of Al-Qassam Brigades, al-Quds Brigades, and the Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades were also present in Khan Yunis, accompanied by a large public presence during the release of prisoners "Arbel Yehud" and "Gadi Moses."

In this context, a spokesperson for al-Quds Brigades, Abu Hamza, confirmed the completion of the handover procedures for Israeli prisoners "Arbel Yehud" and "Gadi Moses" as part of the first phase of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" prisoner exchange deal.

Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, also announced the release of Israeli prisoners "Arbel Yehud," "Agam Berger," and "Gadi Moses" as part of the ongoing exchange deal.

It is worth noting that the ceasefire agreement, which came into effect on January 19, 2025, lasts for the first phase for 42 days, followed by negotiations for two additional phases, with the mediation of Egypt, Qatar, and the United States.
