The government media office in Gaza, represented by spokesperson Dr. Ismail Thawabta, has reported that Israeli occupation forces have committed over 265 violations since the start of the ceasefire agreement. These violations include ground incursions, gunfire leading to casualties, home demolitions, and aerial bombings that destroyed property.
Thawabta highlighted that the occupation has also restricted the entry of fuel, humanitarian aid, and heavy equipment, hindering the restoration of hospitals, civil defense centers, and healthcare services. Additionally, the entry of essential supplies such as tents, caravans, and medical devices has been blocked, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.
Despite commitments under the ceasefire agreement, the occupation has delayed or failed to implement key provisions, including the rehabilitation of Gaza’s power station. Thawabta emphasized that these violations undermine the humanitarian protocol and prolong the suffering of Gaza’s population.
