For the 17th consecutive day, the Israeli occupation continues its brutal campaign against Gaza, unleashing relentless airstrikes and artillery bombardments on homes, shelters, and entire families. In just 12 hours, at least 56 martyrs, including women and children, were taken to hospitals in Khan Younis after Israeli forces targeted residential areas and tents sheltering displaced civilians.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reports that since March 18, the Israeli aggression has claimed 1,163 lives and left 2,735 wounded. Since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, the death toll has now surpassed 50,523, with 114,776 injured.
Entire families have been wiped out in horrifying massacres. Civil defense teams recovered 12 martyrs from the Turkman area in Shuja'iyya, where Israeli warplanes decimated multiple homes. A car carrying displaced families was bombed on Al-Mansoura Street, killing two, while another airstrike in Sabra martyred three more. In Khan Younis, Israeli forces targeted the Al-Sharabi family three times, leaving at least 16 dead. Tents housing displaced families in Mawasi and Ma’an were also bombed, adding to the growing number of casualties.
The attacks have not spared medical personnel. Dr. Ahmad Talal Al-Khudari, a well-known doctor, was killed alongside several of his children in an Israeli airstrike on their home in Gaza City. Meanwhile, Al-Awda Hospital in Beit Lahia received three martyrs following Israeli bombardment.
With hospitals overwhelmed and supplies running out, the humanitarian crisis is spiraling out of control. Yet, as the massacres mount, the international community remains silent. Gaza’s people endure unimaginable suffering, their resilience tested by a war with no limits and no accountability.
