The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees said that the Israeli occupation authorities released on Thursday the female detainees' representative in the Damon jail, Bayan Feroun, 24, from Al-Eizariya, east of occupied Jerusalem, after a detention of 40 months.

The Israeli Court had issued a judgment against the captive Feroun (24 years), calling for serving 40 months in the jail, in addition to a fine of 2000 NIS.

The commission stated that Feroun was detained on 11/3/2017 and she is the fiancé of the detainee Ahmed Azzam, who is serving a sentence of 5 years and eight months.
