SAFA — Israeli attacks killed four Palestinians, including a young girl, and wounded several others across the Gaza Strip on Monday, as Israeli forces continued drone strikes, artillery shelling and gunfire despite the ceasefire.
In western Gaza City, an Israeli drone strike killed one Palestinian and wounded four others near the pensions and insurance headquarters in the al-Rimal neighborhood.
In southern Gaza, 21-year-old Hossam Fakhri Mohammed al-Zamli was shot in the chest and killed during Israeli attacks on homes and tents sheltering displaced families south of Khan Younis.
Another Israeli drone strike targeted displacement tents in the al-Iqlimi area southwest of Khan Younis, killing 24-year-old Tamer Abu Snaymeh and young girl Jouri Islam al-Soufi.
Displacement Tents Under Fire
Israeli gunfire wounded two Palestinians in the Bir 19 area south of Khan Younis, while artillery shelling struck southern parts of the city.
Israeli forces also opened heavy fire toward homes and displacement tents near Hamad City and northern Khan Younis.
In eastern Gaza City, Israeli quadcopter drones dropped incendiary devices on displacement tents in al-Muntazah Camp and near the Shujaiya intersection, according to local sources.
Israeli military vehicles fired heavily across eastern neighborhoods, while troops detonated a remotely controlled explosive vehicle in the al-Tuffah neighborhood. Shrapnel from the explosion reached a Palestinian home on Yafa Street.
Israeli Military Operations Continue Across Gaza
In central Gaza, Israeli military and engineering vehicles advanced north of al-Bureij refugee camp under heavy gunfire.
Artillery shelling also struck near al-Tawashi Roundabout east of Deir al-Balah, while Israeli tanks moved through eastern areas of the city.
Israeli warplanes flew over Gaza on Monday morning, breaking the sound barrier as shelling and gunfire continued across several areas.
The attacks are part of continuing Israeli violations of the ceasefire that took effect on October 10, 2025.
According to Gaza's Health Ministry, more than 1,551 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since the ceasefire began.
Despite the agreement, Palestinian families continue to face deadly strikes, gunfire and the destruction of temporary shelters, leaving civilians without lasting safety.
