The United States declared its rejection of the International Criminal Court's decision to investigate the Israeli war crimes committed in the Palestinian territories.

Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State, expressed his disappointment with the International Criminal Court's announcement to investigate the Palestinian cause.

"International Criminal Court does not have a jurisdiction to open the investigation because Israel is not a member," Blinken said.

He considered the Palestinian unqualified to join the International Criminal Court, or to delegate the jurisdiction.
