Arab Parliament condemns Israeli attacks in Jerusalem

The Arab Parliament strongly condemned the brutal attacks of the Israeli occupation forces on the Palestinians in the neighborhoods of occupied Jerusalem, which resulted in hundreds of wounded, and the incitement of settlers to kill them and destroy their property.

In a statement, the parliament held the occupation forces fully responsible for these confrontations and the repercussions that would result on the security and stability of the entire region.

Meanwhile, it called on the international community to play its role and stop these attacks and not be silent about these violations.

It also stressed the need to provide international protection for the Palestinian people, especially Jerusalemites, who are subjected to the most heinous process of forcible expulsion and displacement from their city.

The parliament said that the occupation forces seek to prevent the participation of Palestinians in Jerusalem in the electoral process, and this constitutes a clear violation of all international legislation, charters, and agreements that have approved the right of all Palestinian cities, including the city of Jerusalem.
