Forum of Palestinian Journalists called on the International Federation of Journalists and Federation of Arab Journalists to work on bringing Israel's leaders into justice for the crimes committed against the Palestinian journalists.

The Forum said in a statement in World Press Freedom Day on Monday, May 3 that the Palestinian Authority should take the necessary measures to protect the journalists and hold Israel accountable in the International Criminal Court for killing the Palestinian journalists Mourtaja and Abo Hussein. 

It confirmed the importance of strengthening the press freedoms in the Palestinian territories and taking serious steps.
