The Israeli bulldozers today demolished a Palestinian-owned home in the village of Birain, south of Hebron, in the south of the West Bank.

Coordinator of the Protection Committees in Masafer Yatta and Southern Hebron Fuad al-Amur told SAFA that the Israeli forces attacked the community ofJurat al-Kamun in the village and demolished the house of the Palestinian citizen Bilal al-'Ajjouli.

Al-Amur added that the forces had handed over a notice to demolish his home, with a period of 96 hours.

The practices and the policies used by the Israeli forces and settlers in the area aim to restrict the movement of the residents and displace them, in order to expand the settlements at the expense of the citizens' lands.
