The lawyer of the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Committee, Akram Samara, said that the Ofer Military Court has postponed the decision on the request to release the pregnant prisoner, Anhar al-Deek, on bail, until next Sunday.

The Committee said that lawyer Samara, during today's session, presented evidence of an alternative to detention until the release of the prisoner Al-Deek, who suffers from difficult and compelling detention conditions at the end of her pregnancy.

It is noteworthy that the detainee, Anhar al-Deek, 26, from the village of Kafr Nima, west of Ramallah, was arrested on March 8, which represents International Women's Day. It will be the ninth detainee that will give birth in the occupation prisons if she is not released quickly, and she may be in labor at any moment.
