UNRWA expressed great sadness over the killing of the 12-year-old Palestinian refugee Hassan Al-Nil by the Israeli occupation soldiers in Gaza. 

In a statement, UNRWA stated that Omar was a student in one of its school in the beseiged Gaza.

It noted that Omar was shot by an israeli sniper during peaceful protests near the fence in the east of the strip. 

UNRWA urged all concerned bodies to reduce losses and prevent the violations of the international laws.

It streessed that all bodies must work on protecting the children’s lives.

The child Abo Al-Nil died of his severe injury after being shot by an Israeli sniper during a protest along the strip.
