The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday detained three citizens, including a journalist and a foreign solidarity activist, during a protest event in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.
The coordinator of the Committee for the Protection and Resilience of the Southern Hebron Mountains and Masafer Yatta, Fuad Al-Amour, told Safa that the occupation forces detained journalist Musab Shawar, citizens Suleiman Al-Hathlin and Muhammad Musa, and a foreign solidarity activist for hours, during a protest event against the confiscation of a water well in Masafer Yatta.
He pointed out that the occupation forces continue their violations and restrictions on the residents of Masafer Yatta to forcibly displace them and control their lands.
