The IDF, in its ongoing military operations against the Palestinian people, has relentlessly targeted civilians and essential infrastructure in Gaza for nearly 15 months. Among the brutal tactics employed is the deployment of explosive-laden robots, designed to maximize civilian casualties and demolish vital facilities, including hospitals, with devastating precision.
This use of advanced military technology, in clear violation of international humanitarian law, represents a dangerous escalation in the strategy of mass destruction and collective punishment. The deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure—particularly hospitals, which are protected under international law—reflects an intent to deepen the humanitarian crisis and deprive Palestinians of their fundamental rights to life, medical care, and security.
These actions, carried out with impunity and bolstered by unwavering support from the United States and its allies, constitute clear war crimes under the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The international community must act decisively to hold the Israeli government accountable for these atrocities. The UN and ICC must intervene to ensure justice for the Palestinian people, condemn the systematic targeting of civilians, and demand an end to these violations. Despite such brutal aggression, the Palestinian people remain steadfast in their pursuit of freedom, dignity, and justice.
