Tunisian Body Condemns Removing Palestine from Google & Apple Maps

The National Authority of Tunisian Lawyers has condemned Google and Apple action, which is not mentioning Palestine on their map.

The authority has issued a statement affirming its absolute support for the rights of the Palestinian people and calling all national and international organizations to confront all attempts that aim to circumvent the legitimate right of the Palestinian people to establish their national and democratic state.

The authority has pointed out the attitudes of Tunisian lawyers, who have unlimited support to the Palestinian cause, and their belief in the right of the Palestinian people to live on their land.

It has also sent a message that the will of a nation is stronger than any military force and stronger than the Israeli policies supported by the American administration that put the "Deal of the Century".

It is worth noting that searching for Palestine on Google and Apple maps shows an outline for the Gaza Strip and West Bank territories, but no labels for Palestine.

“Disputed boundaries are displayed as a dashed grey line. The places involved don’t agree on a boundary.” Google responded to that.
