Shtayyeh: What happened to Palestinian female journalists by PA will not recur

The Prime Minister of Palestine Mohammed Shtayyeh promised the journalists who were attacked by the Palestinian Authority days ago that what they faced in Ramallah will not recur. 

The security forces of the Palestinian Authority attacked the protesters and journalists who participated in a protest against the assassination of Nezar Banat in Hebron. 

"I say to the journalists Najlaa, Faten and Shatha that I have listened to your complaints. And I promise you that what happened will not be repeated as we all have to act within the framework of law," Shtayyeh said at the beginning of the weekly session of the Palestinian government. 

He said that he will review all procedures that affected the Palestinian citizens' rights, and confirmed on the Palestinians' rights to dignity, freedom and life. 

He also condemned the murder of the Palestinian youth Mohammed Farid Hassan in Nablus days ago. 

He warned of the spread of Deltacoronavirus in Palestinian, and called on all the citizens to commit to health procedures and take vaccines. 

He held the Israeli occupation accoutable for the life of the prisoner Ghadanfar Abo Atwan, who has been on huger strike for 62 days demanding freedom.
