Israeli occupation bulldozers on Sunday demolished homes and facilities under construction in Umm al-Fahm, in the occupied Palestinian territories, under the pretext of building without a permit.

The demolitions came under the protection of the occupation police forces and their special units.

Since the morning hours, Israeli police forces reinforced by special units raided the areas in Umm al-Fahm and closed the area and surrounded it. Then, demolished two houses belonging to the Jabarin family, 3 other homes, and commercial establishments, in addition to fining their owners.

The occupation prevented residents and owners of homes and facilities from being in the area affected by the demolition.

Last May, the occupation authorities issued demolition orders for homes under construction in Umm al-Fahm. The decisions and notifications included 25 homes under construction in Sweis and Wadi al-Harmiya.
