Israeli court occupation renews Hamas leader's administrative detention

Israeli military court renewed last Thursday the administrative detention of Hamas leader Abdel-Khaleq al-Natsheh, from the city of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, for 4 months, for the third time in a row.

Al-Natsheh, 62, was arrested from his home in the Jabal al-Rahma neighborhood in Hebron during a campaign launched by the occupation on 9/8/2020, and a decision was issued against him for administrative imprisonment for a period of 6 months.

Upon his arrest in 2020, he was transferred to Ofer Prison, where the occupation forces isolated him in the cells under the pretext of COVID-19.

Al-Natsheh was one of the deportees to Marj al-Zohour in southern Lebanon in 1991, and the occupation demolished his house in 2002.

He was arrested several times under renewed administrative detention, despite the fact that he suffers from many diseases. He was subjected to deliberate medical neglect in the occupation prisons during his repeated arrests.
