Hemaya Center condemns settlers' break-ins into Al-Aqsa mosque

Hemaya Center for Human Rights condemned the extremist settlers' systematic break-ins into Al-Aqsa Mosque, under protection from the occupation soldiers, to change the nature of the city.

Hemaya said that those break-ins come within the context of implementing the occupation's policies to Judaize and occupy the whole city of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa mosque, and to change the historic and legal position of the city.

It also noted that those unjustified break-ins are to lead the region to a new wave of escalation, adding that such actions violate all international law, attempts to the change the historic and legal position of the city and violation of Israel's commitments to Israel an occupying force.

Hemaya called on the international community to end the occupation's ongoing raids and attacks against Al-Aqsa Mosque, and force Israel to comply with respecting the city's blessing.

He also called for forming an international interrogation committe to interrogate the settlers' practices and attacks against the holy places in the occupied Palestinian lands to provide Al-Aqsa mosque with international protection.

It urged the Security Council and the General Assembly for Human Rights to comply with their legal responsibilities toward the holdy places.
