Settlers Storm Yusuf’s Tomb Under Heavy Occupation Security

Hundreds of Jewish settlers, accompanied by Israeli forces, stormed the Islamic shrine of Yusuf’s Tomb early Thursday morning. The incursion, which lasted for six consecutive hours, took place east of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

According to local sources reported by Sanad News Agency, the operation began at 10:30 PM on Wednesday night with the arrival of an Israeli military bulldozer and approximately 30 military vehicles.

The vehicles and bulldozer stationed themselves in and around Balata al-Balad, the town adjacent to Yusuf’s Tomb, as well as along Al-Hasba Street, Balata refugee camp, and Al-Dahiya neighbourhood. Meanwhile, Israeli infantry forces were deployed at multiple key points, including the Al-Dahiya neighbourhood, Al-Quds Street, and Al-Ghawi Junction.

During the raid, settlers performed Talmudic rituals under the heavy security of Israeli forces, marking yet another provocative violation in the area.
