Israeli occupation forces have forcibly displaced around 30,000 Palestinians from their homes in the northern occupied West Bank, as their ongoing assault enters its second week.
Jenin Governor Mohammed Abu Rubb stated that 16,000 residents of the city’s refugee camp have been displaced since the launch of the "Iron Wall" operation 17 days ago.
In Tulkarm refugee camp, 10,500 Palestinians have been forcibly removed under the threat of weapons, leaving only 4,000 families behind, according to city governor Abdullah Kmail.
Meanwhile, Israeli aggression has driven 4,000 Palestinians from the town of Tamoun, as confirmed by Tubas and Northern Jordan Valley Governor Ahmad Al-As'ad. The occupation wrapped up its week-long assault on Tamoun on Saturday, leaving behind widespread destruction of infrastructure and property.
At the same time, Israeli forces intensified their assault on Al-Fara’a camp in the same city, forcing dozens of Palestinian families to flee.
Earlier today, the occupation expanded its military operations in Tulkarm and its refugee camp for the fourteenth consecutive day, extending its assault to Nur Shams camp, east of the city. This escalation has caused extensive destruction to infrastructure and imposed a suffocating siege, forcing residents to abandon their homes under dire humanitarian conditions.
