Occupation Destroys 30 Shops near Qalandiya Barrier

The Israeli occupation’s bulldozers destroyed 30 shops and a gas station near Qalandiya barrier in the north of Al-Quds.

The destruction coincides with the occupation’s announcement of an expansion in Qalandiya barrier, and opening of a tunnel that connects two settlement streets. The occupation’s government also prepares from building a new settlement that includes 10,000 settlement units on the lands of Al-Quds airport, settled by the occupation.

The new settlement will be built over an area of 900 dunums, out of 1200 dunums of the airpart’s lands, closed by the occupation in 2000.
