Forum of Journalists re-call for prosecuting Israeli occupation for continuous attacks against Palestinians

The Palestinian Journalists Forum renewed its call for the importance of holding the Israeli occupation leaders accountable for their insistence on attacking the Palestinian journalists to perform their duty of covering events in the field.

In a statement, the forum noted to the last victim of journalists who was the photographer of the National Agency for Media Asem Shehadeh, as he sustained an injury in the face while covering the peaceful protest held to commemorate the Al-Aqsa Mosque Holocaust.

It confirmed that Shehadeh’s injury comes within a long serus of Israeli violations against journalists and media institutions.

“The rubbles of the destroyed institutions still cover Gaza the streets, and the blood of the journalist Martyr Yousef Abo Hussein still witness the brutality of the occupation and its aggression against the media freedom,” it said.

It greeted the Palestinian journalists for their care about continuing their national duty despite the continuous Israeli attacks against them, and called on them to expose the occupation crimes in all international forums.
