Mustafa Abo Zuhra, the chief of the Committee of the Islamic Cemeteries in Al-Quds, reported that the Israeli occupation’s court in Al-Quds rejected the committee’s order to stop dredging Al-Yusufiya cemetery. 

He noted that all documents prove the necessity of the stop of dredging Al-Yusufiya cemetery, and that even the entry of bulldozers to the cemetery is a violation of the court’s decision issued three months ago to prevent their entry to the cemeteries. He also said that the committee will appeal to the court. 

The Israeli occupation dredged, last week, parts of the martyr’s tombs in Al-Yufufiya cemetery near the walls of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, as the remains of the martyrs emerged.
